How do I notify Cryo-Cell Cord Blood Bank that the specimen is on its way?
The call you place to Cryo-Cell’s Transportation Coordinator is the only notification we need after the birth of your baby; we will handle the rest for you! Our Transportation Coordinator will obtain a tracking # when scheduling the transportation of your specimen, which enables Cryo-Cell to track the delivery of your specimen. Our Transportation Coordinator will follow up with a phone call to provide you with confirmation of receipt, and you will be provided with written confirmation of lab results within two-to-three weeks of processing, testing and storage.
