Budget Check the Expense Report to expense the entire trip to your department budget. On the bottom of the screen, click the HYPERLINK: Apply the Cash Advance(s). This will bring you to a screen which lists all of the outstanding cash advances associated with this employee. Click on the magnifying glass below “Advance ID” and select the appropriate Cash Advance ID #. Verify the amounts you want to apply. The selection of the Cash Advance will decrease the amount due to the employee.
