How do I move money into and out of my OnBank account?
You can make withdrawals and deposits to your OnBank account using our online banking service, OnBank Access. You can make either one-time or scheduled transfers between your OnBank account and your accounts with us or at other institutions. New OnBank Money Market Savings Accounts open in a restricted status in which deposits are allowed but withdrawals are not. We will ask that you provide documentation validating your identity (for example a copy of your Driver’s License and a recent utility bill). Once we receive this documentation, the restriction against withdrawals will be removed.
