How do I monitor responses to my SmartPay message?
Just as with regular SmartMessages, you can return to SmartMessage Center as often as you’d like and check your message responses from your “Sent” tab. Just open a message, and at the bottom, in addition to the usual tabs you see for responses to a regular SmartMessage, you will also see a new “SmartPay” tab that will give you more details on your team members who’ve paid using SmartPay.
