How do I minimise the amount of spam in my account?
There are several things you can do to reduce unwanted spam: • Increase the filter sensitivity level of ireland.com’s Junk Mail Filter on your account. The Junk Mail Filter is an email protection service that prevents unsolicited commercial email (spam), or messages containing malicious codes (viruses), from reaching your mailbox. It provides a range of options that allow you to set the degree of tolerance the system uses for filtering your email. It also has features that ensure that legitimate messages reach your mailbox instead of being accidentally blocked (a.k.a Safe Lists).
