The Iowa Department of Education requires that you take one of these tests: Elementary Education: Content Knowledge Test Code 0014 (paper-delivered) or Test Code 5014 (computer-delivered) OR Elementary Education: Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Test Code 0011 (paper-delivered) or Test Code 5011 (computer-delivered) You may take either test in either the paper-delivered or computer-delivered format.
