How do I Measure the Resistance of Coil to Ground on a Snapper Mower?
The resistance of the coil to ground of a Snapper lawnmower is readily measured with a tool called a multimeter. Multimeters frequently are used by scientists and engineers for electrical measurements. A handheld digital multimeter allows for measurements of resistance which describes how easily electrical current is able to flow through a given material, in ohms. The multimeter is self-powered by a 9-volt battery, so it is able to send a current through a material and find how easily the current traverses that material.
