How do I mark an item as shipped on Ebay?
On My eBay, there’s a drop-down menu on the right side of each item in your “Sold” section. You can mark items as “shipped” there – but this is only for your own records. You should choose the “contact buyer” option from the same drop-down, and email them letting them know you’ve shipped the item, what the shipping date was, and giving them the tracking number so they can check on it with the post office from here on.
