You should run the uninstall.exe file in C:\Program Files\FastNet\uninstall\uninstall.exe. Your web accelerator may be located in a directory other than FastNet. If you customized your web accelerator, this folder will be the name you chose for the program. Alternately, if you are comfortable editing the registry you can do this: 1. Click Start, Run. 2. Type “regedit”. 3. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE. 4. Delete the entire key called SlipStream. 5. Delete all the files in the installation directory (c:\program files\YourWebAccelBrandName\) 6. Remove all shortcuts in the Start menu, Programs, Startup, and desktop icon. Remove any other web accel shortcuts made after program installation. Note: Editing the registry can be dangerous and result in the loss of operating system functionality if not done properly. Please be careful.
