To manually uninstall Versomatic on Mac OS X remove the following files/directories: /Library/Application Support/Acertant/Versomatic — delete the entire directory /Library/LaunchDaemons/VersomaticServer.plist /Library/PreferencePanes/Versomatic.prefPane /Library/Preferences/com.acertant.technologies.versomatic.plist /Application/Versomatic — delete the entire directory /~User/Library/Preferences/com.acertant.versomatic.viewer.plist /~User/Library/Preferences/com.acertant.versomatic.quickmenu.plist After you remove all these items, restart and you will be able to empty trash, once this is done the system will be completely Versomatic clean, then a fresh install should put everything back together.
