How do I manually set the White Balance in the SP-510 UZ?
The easiest way to change the White Balance is to use the Function menu. With the mode dial set to any shooting mode except AUTO or GUIDE, press the OK/FUNC button to launch the Function menu. Use the Up and Down arrows on the arrow pad to select the WB function, and then use the Left and Right arrows to select the appropriate light source or the One-Touch White Balance mode. The White Balance Compensation function allows you to further tweak the White Balance setting by up to seven increments in either the red or blue direction. With the mode dial set to any shooting mode except AUTO or GUIDE, press the MENU button. CAMERA MENU will be selected by default. Press the OK/FUNC button to access the camera menu. Use the Up or Down arrow to navigate to WB+/-. (Its on the fourth page of menus.) Press the Right arrow to advance to the next screen.
