Once it finds its way onto a computer, it attaches to other files and multiples. This makes the computer slow down, and some users may even find that they can’t perform certain actions. The only way to fix this is to manually remove the Trojan horse virus by removing all of the infected files and programs from the computer. Disable the System Restore feature on your computer. If this is still turned on, the system will restore any deleted files, including those infected by the Trojan horse. This can be done by going into the My Computer file and looking for the Performance option. Then select File System, Troubleshooting and Disable System Restore.
