Here are the steps to manually create a Mutual Agreement dispute through Merchant: 1. Log into ChannelAdvisor and select your account. 2. Go to the Sales > Orders/Transactions > All Sales view. 3. Select the desired order(s). 4. Click the “Cancel Sale” button located on the gray toolbar. 5. Select “Create a Dispute using the following reason” option. 6. Select your desired option in the “We have both agreed not to complete the transaction” section. 7. Click the “Save and Exit” button. After the above has been completed, the following should have happened: 1. An eBay “Mutual Agreement” dispute was created for each eBay item in the order(s) you selected. 2. Each item in the order(s) was manually restocked into your Merchant account inventory.
