How do I manage my time?

In a nutshell, take the time to sit down and decide what is most important to you in life and make a list. Coaching expert Cheryl Richardson calls this your “Absolute Yes” list. This is a list of the activities and accomplishments that are most important to you. Then evaluate every demand on your time to determine whether it will contribute to anything on your “Absolute Yes” list. If it doesn’t lead you in the direction of absolute yes, say “no”. John Kalench, author of Being the Best You Can Be in MLM, says that his life goal is to have a million friends, so his decisions are easy. If doing something will lead to his goal to have a million friends, he does it; if it won’t, he says “no”.
