To check your NetID email account mail quota you can visit Online@Duke. In the Email Services section, click on Check or increase your mail quota. Duke automatically allots each user 1GB of email storage space. If you find you need more space, contact the OIT Service Desk directly by filling out the following web form. Please include your NetID and how much space you will need in the Details field.
