How do I make this graph in MS Excel (no calcs, just info)?

Make your graph (where x=0) as you normally would On your graph, right-click on any value on the y-axis Select “Format Axis” On the Format Axis dialog, select the “Scale” tab In the “Category x-axis crosses at”input box, type in 4.9 OK This will move the x-axis up to 4.9 You will probably want to adjust some of the other parameters on the y-axis scale to get it to look better. I would suggest the better way to do this is to put 4.9’s in a column along side all the values for each month and plot that as a second data series. This will make a straight horizontal line across your chart at 4.9 This would look better I think, but that’s just me.
