You need to reinstall the driver. Try the following steps: Go to: control panel -> hardware and sound -> device manager Then go to: sound, video and game controllers and press the +button and you’ll see Conexant High Definition Audio. Double click it: select the “Driver” tab and click “Update Driver”. Select the top / 1st option. Wait and wah la.
