To correct the registration status displayed by Cisco TMS, follow these steps: • Ensure that all the registrations of the MCU have been successful. • Log into the Cisco TelePresence MCU • Go to Settings > Gatekeeper. • Under Current status, click details next to Number of active registrations. • Ensure that all listed IDs have a status of OK. If not, troubleshoot your MCU’s gatekeeper settings and check for duplicates or conflicts between the MCU’s alias and prefix settings and any existing registrations on the gatekeeper. When all statuses display as OK, continue. • Ensure that MCU’s settings in Cisco TMS are current: • In Cisco TMS, go to Systems > Navigator and click on the name of the MCU. • On the Settings > View Settings tab, click Force Refresh. • View the Gatekeeper Registration Status under Network Settings > Gatekeeper Registration Status • If the gatekeeper status shown in Cisco TMS does not match the MCU, you need to check that the H.323 Alias Property in Cisco TMS matches
