How do i make the best cup of tea?
Being very passionate about tea I had to awnser this question: The best way to make tea in my opinion is by using loose tea leaves the reason is that it brews quicker and tastes better. Loose tea is not as complicated as it may seem all you need is a strainer which you can pick up for around £4. The best loose tea I have found comes from Miles tea and coffee merchants based in porlock in the west country. My best tips are: Make the tea with water that has only just come off the boil. Keep hot water ready to weaken tea if it is too strong, there is nothing worse that tea that is bitter due to being too strong. But don’t make tea too weak. Pour milk first before pouring tea into cup. Don’t try and complicate tea use english breakfast tea if you like it and stick with it. All of the abouve tips are something that I stick by religiously when making my guests tea as this is the first thing they experience when coming to stay at our guest house for a relaxing tranquil stay with us.
