How do I make sure that I have the latest version of CaptureEze Pro?
We are constantly trying to improve the CaptureEze Pro product based on the feedback we receive from our customers. We make these improvements available for download by registered users, free of charge. Information on how to determine what version of CaptureEze Pro you have, and how to update if required, can be found at www.screencapture.com/update.htm Back When I export my image, its resolution is too low. Most bitmap file formats save images at Screen Resolution. If you will be using the image for on-line display, the image only needs to match the resolution of the typical monitor, so screen resolution is perfect. However, using screen resolution for an image that will be exported for use in documentation or for offset printing can result in pixelation, output with big, coarse looking pixels. If you need to export your images for documentation or for offset printing, the TIFF file format allows you to control the Pixels per Inch, or Pixels per Centimeter that the image will be saved
