• Submit Vehicle Transfer documents to UF Asset Management as soon as possible • Mail or Fax a copy of the Vehicle Transfer form to PPD Motor Pool (PO Box 112650; Fax (352) 846-1817) as soon as complete • Mail or fax a signed & dated advisory to PPD Billing (PO Box 117710; Fax (352) 392-8369).
