How do I make sure my domain and website hosting account stay active?
A. Domain names and hosting accounts eventually expire. When eBrandMe sets up your website and/or hosting account, the information is initially purchased in our name, on your behalf. The initial purchase length is one year from the date your order is paid for. After your order is completed, we transfer all contact information to your name, to reflect the information that was used when you ordered the service. To ensure that your domain and/or website stay active, simply log into the appropriate account using the login information we provided you when your order was completed. You can verify that the information is accurate and make revisions or payments to continue service with said account if necessary.
