How do I make sure emailGUARD doesn block e-mail from my friends or family?
Login to your emailGUARD account and click on Junk Email Settings. In the approved senders box, type the email address or domain that you want to approve. Click on Save to List to add the sender to your approved list. Example: If you receive emails from several addresses @somedomain.com you could add their addresses to the approved senders list individually, or simply make a single entry for somedomain.com in the list. Now all the messages that come from somedomain.com will be automatically sent to your Inbox, eliminating the possibility for legitimate emails from that domain being caught by the filter.
