How do I make special arrangements for a physically impaired or sick passenger?
If you wish to request special attentions for your flight, you only need to specify it when purchasing your ticket, regardless if it is purchased at one of our sales offices, delivered to your home or via Internet. If you are unable to make your request when making a reservation, we recommend that you arrive to the airport two hours before your flight departure time in order to request this type of help from Copa Airlines personnel.
