How do I make sounds automatically play when a letter is opened?
Here’s how to make a sound automatically play when a letter is opened. NOTE: This will only work in IM Builds prior to 560. • Compose your new message and add the sound you want from the style box • Exit from the compose message screen and answer “yes” when asked if you want to save your message. This will file it in the Drafts folder. • Open the new message screen again and delete the sound you just used from the style box. • Close the compose message screen and do not save this time. • View the message you originally created from within the preview pane. • Click on the speaker to play the sound. • While the sound is playing, click on the “new” button to re-add the sound into your style box. • Now open that message and select the sound you just added from the style box. Now you can send it or save it as a draft for future use and the sound will auto play.
