Brown the sausage real good and keep all the grease in it. Add flour and the gravy mix (bout 1 cup of flour) and cook it with the sausage until the sausage is well coated with the mixture. Then you add milk to desired thickness and salt and pepper to taste. Extra pepper if you like the look.
