• Click the Tools menu and select Services…. The Services dialog box appears. • On the Services tab, highlight Outlook Address Book and click Properties. You should have one Contacts folder listed. • Click the Addressing tab. • Under the “When sending mail, check names using these address lists in the following order:” section, highlight Global Address List and click the down arrow next to the field. This will arrange the address books so that Outlook checks through your Contacts folder first and then through the Global Address List.
