Apply directly to weeds with a turkey baster. Sprinkle cornmeal to prevent new weeds from growing among plants. Cornmeal prevents germination but does not harm seeds that have already sprouted. Soak 4 ounces chopped garlic cloves in 2 tbsp. mineral oil for 24 hours. Strain. Dissolve 1 tsp. fish emulsion in 1 pint of water. Add the garlic oil. Store mixture in a glass container.
