The difference in VB is that you can put ready-made “visual” buttons onto the screen with having to write a program for drawing these individual buttons. But how the work is what you have to program. If you start from scratch in C, C++ etc, you have to do a lot of hard work even in DRAWING individual buttons and screen layout.
