How do i make my nails grow stronger?

The condition of fingernails is mostly hereditary. That said, it wouldn’t hurt you to make sure you are getting a well-balanced diet or at least take a multivitamin plus minerals. Keep your cuticles and nails moisturized at night by rubbing in a little olive oil on the nail bed, cuticles, and the nail itself. Nail polish and remover have alcohol that will dry out your nails, so use as infrequently as possible. You might try using a little buffing cream and then a buffer (has a handle and a suede pad to rub against your nails) instead of polish or before polishing to give your nails some protection. If you buff alone you can get the look of a French manicure with a little white/cream pencil or special polish just on the tips of your nails. The nail hardener/polish products will help reinforce your nails to keep them from splitting so they will grow longer, but not really change the nail growth.

Learn how to do a manicure yourself. Regular buffing of the nails will help circulation, and in turn will strengthen them. Use a hand and nail mosituriser and a nail hardner regularly.

Sally Hansen’s Maximum Nail Growth or try this, colourless iodine obtained from any pharmacy, very cheap, not over $4 a bottle, paint on your nails, everytime you put your hand in water, reapply the iodine. Once you notice your nails are changing to a yellow colour, stop for a couple of days then reapply. This does work and was given to me by a Gay friend of my who works in a pharmacy for over 15 years. His nails are amazing in length and strength. Tried both and they work, my nails are so hard and long that although I’m renovating my bathroom (knocking walls out, waterproofing, etc.). I have not broken or lost a fingernail. Good luck!!!!

I would do weekly manicures; not acrylic nails. The nail treatment and just painting the nails keep them strong and healthy.
