How Do I Make My Grandmas Delicious Manicotti?
I remember my grandma making this delicious dish of manicotti for family gatherings, holidays and for church suppers. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13×9″ baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Cook 12 large manicotti shells according to package directions on box. Drain, rinse with cool water. Let pasta dry on paper towels. For the filling….(in a medium size bowl) stir together 3 cups of mozzarella cheese (shredded) with 2 cups of ricotta cheese and 6 tablespoons of fresh basil (or 2 tablespoons of dried basil).
