How do I make my dialer not dial after I switch to dsl or cable service?
In Outlook Express, click Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Connection. Make sure “Never dial a connection” is checked or choose the LAN connection rather than a dialup. Another way to make sure it does not dial is remove all of your dialup connections. My Computer, Dialup Networking, highlight your dialers and hit Delete.
