You get training cards when you buy packs, or alternatively you can go to the trade menu and search for training cards, when you have a training card, Go to your team menu click on training > Player training select the card and the player you want to train, with Gold training cards you will easily make your player one of the best in your team, i have been buying cards of the trade list for 2 weeks and he’s already on 91.
