In the CMC, view the farm properties, click the MetaFrame Settings tab, and enable DNS name resolution In NFuse.conf, ensure that AddressResolutionType=DNS or DNS-port. Some troubleshooting tips if problems persist: Save a rendered ICA file to disk and open it with notepad Ensure that the SSLProxyHost and Address values match the FQDN of your MetaFrame server Verify that the SSL Relay service is configured and running with a certificate matching that FQDN and is allowing traffic to port 1494. Verify that the client machine can resolve the FQDN to an IP address. Ensure that the CA (root) certificate is installed on the client machine.
