How do I make hair clips with corkscrew ribbons?
Cut the corkscrew ribbons to the desired length. If you want a bow of corkscrew ribbons, each ribbon needs to be two and a half to three inches long. If the corkscrew ribbons will hang down, cut them to approximately twice the desired length.Lay the ribbons on a flat surface and tie a string around the center of the bunch, pulling it tight to form a bow. Secure the string with a knot. If making a hair clip with ribbons hanging down, fold the long corkscrew ribbons in half and tie either a string or piece of coordinating ribbon around the middle and secure with a knot.Put hot glue on the hair clip and press the center of the ribbons or bow in place.
