Firms not set up to receive real time give-up duplications via mqm will need to manually request duplication files through the OTIS Give Up Selection Menu by placing an “X” in the ETS indicator field and selecting option #5 “Transaction Duplication”. Firms that would like to be set-up to receive ALL give-up transactions via mqm should contact the Business Systems Group.
