Just dial the NetCall phone number for the NetCall customer you are trying to dial. The NetCall phone number will only work for other NetCall customers.

My phone does not work after hooking up NetCall. A. First make sure your NetCall Voice Gateway is registered and locked on (the “Light Bulb” icon must be on solid), if not then reboot your modem, then reboot your NetCall Voice Gateway and router if you have one. Q.
