How do I make essential oils at home?
Essential oil production at home can be extremly time consuming and expensive. Some oils are expelled from the plants or flowers through cold pressing. This requires extreme pressure that is produced by a large mechanical device. Others involve heat and can be produced by boiling large quantites of the desired plant. This still can be difficult to achieve at home, since it is hard to seperate the oil and water.
