If you are US, there is a product called SureJel that helps in making jams and jellies and the package actually has tons of recipes in it. All jams and jellies are simply a certain sugar to pulp ratio and then cooked according to instructions. The low acid fruits sometimes have the addition of a little lemon juice too. Have fun.
