How do I make arrangements to write examinations for Distance Education courses?

0

A. Not all Distance Education courses require examinations, for those courses that have examinations, students can write on-campus or off-campus under the supervision of an approved proctor. Students are required to submit an On-Campus Examination Request form if they are able to write their examination on campus. Students who do not live within a reasonable distance of the university, must complete an Off-Campus Examination Request and Proctor Approval form. Examination request forms must be completed and returned to the Distance Education Office at least two weeks prior to the examination date. There is no fee for writing an exam on campus; however, you are responsible for any payments to proctors who monitor your off-campus exams.
