How do I make an appointment to see a provider at Fronske Health Center?
It’s easy! Just call 523-8995 or sign into our “CHS Online” service. Chances are, we can see you the same day! Fronske keeps 60% of its appointments available for same-day urgent illness and injury. If you want to see a particular provider you can go online or call Patient Services to get a pre-scheduled appointment. You may also walk-in for our Urgent Care Clinic from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each afternoon (you are seen in the order of arrival and urgency) by the provider working the walk-in clinic that day.
