If you have received a letter that states you are eligible to schedule an appointment, please call the Viewing Program Appointment Mailbox at (212) 219-2166 ext. 122 and leave a message including your first and last name, phone number, email address, and several dates (only Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) that you are available. Please allow one month’s advance notice and try to have in mind several dates and times that you will be available.
