How do I make almond butter? If the green life makes almond powder out of almonds, what if I soak the almonds first?
Almond butter can be made with the green life or Green Power by making the almond powder, then adding some almond oil. If you desire, you can soak the almonds first, which will work better, but still wont give the “store bought” consistency.. since now you have a wet almond butter.. The champion works better in my opinion, since the friction causes some heat, which makes the butter bind together. I currently do not know of a product that will make the store bought consistency.
