Simply call the BankMiles fully licensed Travel/Redemption Reservation Center. The toll-free number will appear on your certificate. You must have a valid First Citizens Bank, IronStone Bank and Southern Bank credit card account number and be currently enrolled in the BankMiles Program at the time of redemption.
