How do I make a weighted portfolio fund record appear in the database listing?

1. Select the funds that you wish to use in the Portfolio. If you are viewing a Database View, the fund currently selected or the tagged funds will be included. If you are viewing a Report or Graph page, the funds displayed will be included. 2. Select Portfolio…New from the menu. The “Enter the Name for This Portfolio” dialog box appears. 3. Enter a unique name for this Portfolio. 4. Select OK. The Portfolio box appears on-screen and the Portfolio fund is added to the database. When values are entered in the Portfolio box, the Expert will calculate the data for the Portfolio fund. The Portfolio Fund will be inserted on the Page you are currently viewing: a Report, Graph, or Database View. If your Database View is sorted by the Name field, then the Portfolio funds will be listed first.
