How do I make a warranty claim for items which are faulty or damaged?
Firstly we need to know what has happened to the item you have purchased. You may be entitled to your purchase price refunded or to have the items replaced or repaired under warranty. If the items have sustained some sort of physical damage either before or while in transit from us to you, we will either refund the purchase price or replace the damaged item provided that you report the damage within 14 days of receipt. If the item is not fit for its purpose, not operating properly or does match the description or sample shown at the time of sale we will either refund the purchase price or replace the damaged item provided that the damage has not been caused by you or a third party . To obtain a refund you must return the item to us and we must be satisfied that the damage was not caused by you or another party.
