Hi. If you are talking about a cell in a table, that you have inserted into your doc, then just click inside the table and click on Format. Then click Borders & Shading option. You can change Style, Color, and Width. The Width option is your thickness or boldness option. There should also be a preview diagram, just click on the lines, on that preview diagram, that you want to be bold and it will show the new bold lines.
