How do I make a test /exam / quiz available for students?
(keyword: available, test, assessment, exam, quiz, survey) To make a Test available in Blackboard 6: (NOTE: This is for a test/exam/quiz already prepared on Blackboard 6) Within your course, Go to CONTROL PANEL Go to the CONTENT AREA you wish to add the Test (ex. Course Information, Course Documents, Assignments, etc.) Click TEST on the menu bar (in the middle of the page) Select the Test you wish to use from the list. Click SUBMIT. On the next page, Select MODIFY COURSE OPTIONS Scroll down and look for MAKE ASSESSMENT AVAILABLE. Check the YES button (right under is a selection to add a pre-formatted announcement for the test in ANNOUNCEMENTS) You also have options to: Set the Time Length for the test to be taken Set Dates for the test to be available. (We recommend that this option not be used. If the course is copied to another semester, the Dates are STILL set to the original dates.)
