The official means to make a submittal is to mail (by registered mail) your request for approval along with supporting documents to the address below: Clairborne at Lexington Farms Maintenance Corporation Attn: Architectural Control Committee P.O. Box 549 Bear, DE 19701 If you choose to make a submission by mail then please contact the CMC by telephone to notify them of your submittal. Pick-ups at the post office are irregular and it is possible that your request for approval will not be picked up in a timely manner. An alternative means is to personally deliver your request for approval with supporting documentation to an ACC member. Please do not leave it in a mailbox and assume that it will be discovered. If you choose to take this means of delivery then it is your responsibility to make sure that the ACC member receives the request. This method has proven to be the fastest way to get things done.
