How Do I Make A Song List From My Karaoke Cds?
Karaoke is a popular hobby for many singer wannabes. As Ruth O’Brien, the founder of RAM Enterprises and a disc jockey on WBHV-FM stated, “(Singing karaoke) is something anyone can do;” however, to sing karaoke, you must have a song list to accompany your voice. You can quickly and easily create your own song lists from karaoke CDs at home on your personal computer with the appropriate programs. Insert a karaoke CD into your CD-ROM disk drive, and open your music library, such as Windows Media Player. Click on “Rip” to rip the songs from the CD to save them into your library. Remove the CD when the ripping process is finished, repeat the process for another CD. Click on “Album” to sort your music by CD title; locate your karaoke CDs from which you would like to compose a song list. Drag and drop song titles into the “Now Playing” area of the music library window. Click “File” and “Save Playlist As” to save your song list for later use, such as CD burning or playback.
